New Meditation Room Opening
We would like to think of our Meditation Room as a quiet space where people can go any time of the day for a few minutes of relaxation, getting away from the "hustle & bustle" of the frenzy of everyday life.
We thought to open therefore our space every Thursday & Friday from 11am to 5pm to anybody who wishes to avail of the stillness and quietness within. We have an interactive aid available of videos - music and words - to help the journey inwards, even for few minutes.
Come and have a look and experience the possibilities.
We just ask for a small contribution for the use of the space, limited to 40min each time.
