How does it work?
1. Browse our website here, SaffronAndSapphire.com and select the items you wish to purchase -
If you cannot find what you are looking for, no worries, get in touch with us directly, following the next steps.
2. Place the order:
via Phone, Text or WhatsApp at our phone number 00353 (0)86 4022597
or
via E-mail (info@saffronandsapphire.com), Facebook, Instagram or Chat in our website page - Specifying some delivery instructions if any (for example where to leave the delivery, the time you are normally home, your phone number, etc )
3. Pay for your order by using your card over the phone with us, OR at collection / delivery of your order, OR online using any of the links further below (pay the amount listed in the online shopping pages or the amount agreed with us via phone, mail, etc)
4. You can also place the order fully online, AND follow up with us specifying that you would like to have your ordered delivered, specifying also the local address. This way we will prepare your order and once delivered, we will reimburse you the cost of postage charged automatically by our website
5.We will delivery your order following safety regulations. You collect your order at your door

ORDER & DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or communication through the same method you used to get in touch with us, saying that your Order is Ready for Delivery.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Normally we group the deliveries as we try to make deliveries in the same area. Usually it is the following day or in 2 days, however it depends on the time that we receive the order. We will attempt to make a delivery prior communicating with the customer, if possible. If at delivery time we encounter a problem (for example we ring the doorbell and ring the phone but there is no answer), we will bring the order back with us and we will attempt another delivery prior communication with the customer and confirmation of date and time.
If after 14 days we do not hear from you for further instructions and the order remains undelivered and uncollected, we will put the item back in our stock, and we will no longer guarantee the availability of same. You will need to get in touch with us within 30 days from the original date of purchase to have a refund if it was paid
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can collect on your behalf once you confirm the name of the person to whom we will deliver the item to, the purchased items and, in case, the amount to pay/ to be paid
No items can be collected if they are not paid beforehand.
What if you deliver my order and I don't want it anymore?
If we deliver your order and for any reason you don't want to collect it any longer, we can cancel your order and if you had paid previously, we will process a refund using the same method that has been used for the payment. If you prefer a Gift Voucher or an exchange with another item, we will accommodate your choice. Exchanges, refunds and Gift Vouchers can only be issued in store.
